OLDER PEOPLES' MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID 
COURSE 

Join presenter Kath Miller who has been an OPMHFA instructor for 5 years will guide you through an audio-visual presentation, supplemented by the “Older Person Mental Health First Aid” manual.

COURSE 

Join experienced presenter Neil Curry on this short mindful meditation course who will guide you through how to become more gently mindful of your emotions and your body.
