Seniors’ Festival
Our application to the BVSC met the criteria, specified by the 2018 NSW Seniors’ Festival Committee, for a program of Active Living & Fitness.  Now, we have received funding for members to participate in a program of  5 different introductory activities at no cost.  
The gym venue complies with  the requirement for safety, adequate facilities & qualified instructors 
Please check through the program below and select your interests and most suitable times.  Then contact and book your places, for all or some of the 5 different activities,  at Merimbula Health and Fitness, phone: 64954611.  You must book in each of your favoured sessions to participate.

Our members Sue Mikus, John Mikus with the team of: Suzanne Simon, Don McDowell & Garry Clear are readying themselves to hear your ideas for customising our U3A Sapphire Coast to your needs and interests.    During 2018, through a variety of activities, they will connect with as many of you as possible.   They are looking to engage you in a very open and productive communication process.  Stay tuned!

My sincere thanks to these 2018 Committee people who have stepped up to do the subsidiary work, along with supporting our Course Leaders.  Please treat them with gentleness and gratitude.....even when mistakes happen.   Remember, if you have concerns about anything at all, start by having a generous conversation with the person involved. 
Finally, wonderful news this morning that, after the terrible ferocity of S.E  fires, all our Tathra members are safe.
