Seniors’ Festival
Our application to the BVSC met the criteria, specified by the 2018 NSW Seniors’ Festival Committee, for a program of Active Living & Fitness.  Now, we have received funding for members to participate in a program of  5 different introductory activities at no cost.  
The gym venue complies with  the requirement for safety, adequate facilities & qualified instructors 
Please check through the program below and select your interests and most suitable times.  Then contact and book your places, for all or some of the 5 different activities,  at Merimbula Health and Fitness, phone: 64954611.  You must book in each of your favoured sessions to participate.



Zumba for Seniors    
Instructor:  Tyanna Kullenberg  
Sessions at 8.00am- 9.00am; 12.00 - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 3.00pm 


QiGong Meditation & Breathing   
Instructor:  Maurice Llewellyn
Sessions at 8.00am - 9.00am; 1.00 - 1.45pm and 1.50pm - 2.35pm

Introduction to Pilates  
 Instructor:  Sasha Ritzy
Sessions at 10.30am - 11.30am; 12.30pm - 1.30pm and 1.30pm - 2.30pm


My Fit Circuit, Moving It for Seniors.   

Instructor:  Brock Seabrook and Gordana Raeck
Sessions at 8.00am - 9.00am; 12.00pm - 1.00pm and 1.30pm - 2.30pm


Fit for Life Always

Sessions at 10.30am - 11.30am; 12.30pm - 1.30pm and 2.00pm - 3.00pm
